What precautions is your team taking for Covid-19?

The safety of our team and guests is our top priority during the pandemic. Members of our team have been tested and are negative for Covid-19. During the course of event preparation and execution we take the proper precautions advised by our local and federal guidelines. These include but are not limited to taking our temperatures, proper sanitation of our hands and surfaces, and wearing masks. At the end of each event we make sure to properly clean and sanitize the area where our team has worked and where guests have enjoyed their meal.

How do I book my event?

There are a few ways to book an in-home event. Either fill out the form on our contact page, call us at 415.527.8987 or book through Tock in the link on our site. Our reservationist will reach out to you and work with you directly through the whole booking process. In order to secure your date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Where may I have my event?

We are happy to cater your event in the comfort of your residence or if there is a venue of choice i.e. AirBnb, winery, farm etc.

May I customize my event?

We are happy to work with you to customize your event for your guests. Please inquire with our reservationist upon booking and we will do our best to make your vision come true.

What if my guests or myself have allergies or dietary restrictions?

We are happy to abide by allergies and dietary restrictions to the best of our ability with proper notification before your event. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate if we are notified the day of. Please, notify our reservationist of any dietaries upon booking so we can accommodate.

How far will you travel for an event?

Our team has done events all throughout The Napa Valley, Marin County, San Francisco and the South Bay. Inquire with our reservationist and please note there may be a small travel fee.

What does your team provide?

Imagine transporting a restaurant to your home or venue. At no additional cost we provide custom menus, all serving ware including plates, glasses, silver etc. Along with these items we provide our team which includes a chef, server and sommelier/mixologist who not only serve you and your guests, but take care of the clean up as well. At Rosie Hospitality we strive to make your day as stress-free and seamless as possible.

What if I have to cancel my event?

We understand life happens. We allow you to cancel up to five days prior to your event. We keep the full deposit unless you plan to reschedule in which case the full deposit amount will go towards the future event on the date of your choosing.

Five days before your scheduled event we require the final head count for your group. This is when our team starts to purchase products and prepare for your event. After your final headcount is confirmed we will charge the card on file an additional 25% to cover any expenses incurred.

If the event has to be cancelled less than five days prior we keep the original deposit and 25% which can once again be used for your rescheduled event.

If our team has to cancel for any reason we will fully refund your deposit.

How do I purchase a meal kit?

All meal kits can be purchased through Tock.com. If you have any questions please email hello@rosiehospitality.com.

Where do I pick-up my kit?

Your kit can be picked up at 1758 Industrial Way Suite 107, Napa, CA 94558 on the date of pick-up between 11am and 1pm.

Do you deliver?

Yes, our kits can be delivered for an additional fee and will be dropped off at the given address between the hours of 11am and 2pm on the selected date. Our delivery ranges from Napa proper to Calistoga.

May I customize my kit?

We have a very small staff and due to the high volume of orders we are unable to customize at this time, but hope we can in the future.
